Manchester United welcome Leicester to Old Trafford on Saturday evening.
The international break is over and United return to action in the Premier League. United have nine games remaining this season and they can’t afford to drop points at the rate they have been if they want to secure Champions League football.
United are four points behind fourth-placed Arsenal and the North London club also have one game in hand.
Regarding team news, Edinson Cavani is unavailable for Leicester’s visit after sustaining an injury with Uruguay.
Cristiano Ronaldo wasn’t at The Lowry Hotel on Friday night and he has been ruled out due to illness.

KEY EVENT
United player ratings with Varane good but McTominay
David de Gea
Had little to do in the first-half despite Leicester threatening. Could have done better with Kelechi Iheanacho’s header but brilliantly thwarted Wesley Fofana. 6
Diogo Dalot
Caught up with Harvey Barnes to block his goalbound effort and got forward occasionally but final product not good enough. 5
Harry Maguire
Got the support that was expected and enjoyed a solid first-half and intervened at key moments in the second as well. One of his steady best performances this season. 7

Another poor showing from United
Some will question the decision to disallow the goal. It has been another poor showing from United in a fixture that they really needed to win. Their hopes of securing Champions League football are so slim.

Fred delivers yet again
Fred has been transformed under Rangnick and he’s delivered again. He works tirelessly in that midfield and adding goals to his game over the last few months has been wonderful to see.

Fletcher arguing with a supporter
A fan is having a go at Darren Fletcher, who’s having a go back.
The fan appears to have been escorted out by a steward. Some United fans applauded, but not sure whether they were applauding him or for the stewards for removing him.

McTominay has been lucky
McTominay is a little lucky to get away with that. There’s a lot of strength in that challenge and his studs are up, had he been sent-off it certainly wouldn’t have been overturned. It came about from more sloppy United play, they just do not take good care of the ball.

Yellow for McTominay
That was a daft challenge.
